Problem installing CCS 3.3

I was installing CCS 3.3 on a Compaq laptop running windowXP SP3. My machine is pretty clean - not a lot of software install other than the microsoft windows and office.

I got the following error message:

Error 1904: Mode C:\CCStudio_v3.3\C2000\cgtools\bin\Bti2000.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2140924779. Contact your support person.

Looks like it gives a phone number - funny though.
