CCS v4 Debugger issue

I have been working on a CAN bus module with LM3S8962 MCU. I have got a problem while working in CCS v4 tool. After building the project (with 0 error and warnings), I set the appropriate target device and started debugging.

While running the debugger I got the following error.

Program file does not exist E:\CCS workspace\SID\Debug\SID.out not found

What could be the possible solution for this issue. How and from where am I supposed to include that file. I am sending the screen shot of the error as an attachment.

The file that it is complaining about is the executable. Looking at your console output, it looks like the build failed due to some compilation error(s). Hence the *.out file did not get generated and CCS could not find it to load after starting a debug session.

Check your build errors and fix them so your project will build successfully.

The build was successful there were 0 errors and 0 warnings.

Please look into the build operation screen shot.

The problems view may say that but the build output message in the console says otherwise. Since SID.out does not exist, it sounds like the build did indeed fail.
