I have a question is there any CCS "tutorial"? because in some syntax for example Board_initGeneral() shows a message F2 for focus some macro but I dont where is it or what library is it.

In general, F3 should take you to the declaration and/or definition of the function. In this case, if you click on Board_initGeneral and hit F3, it will take you to the macro definition which is in Board.h.
These aspects of the editor are not specifically covered in any tutorial (but there is some information in the CCS Online Help). However, if you are looking for general training to get familiar with CCS, have a look at the Fundamentals Workshops available here. There isn't one for the CC1350 but there is one for CC2650, which you could review to familiarize yourself with CCS.
