Can not use Doxygen in CCS6

I install doxygen form CCS6 Eclipse market. 

select Widows->preferences->doxygen

select file->new->others->doxygen

My question is that where to set doxygen such as following hyerlink

    Kami,

    I get that error if I try to create a .doxyfile in a location where one already exists.     If I create one in a project that doesn't have one I am able to do it ok.

    As far as setting that option shown in the other thread one thing that is different in current versions of CCS is that you have to click the "show advanced options" link to be able to see the option.  In my screen capture below it says Hide advanced options as I have already clicked on it but that is the location where the link is.
