CCSv4 File exit.c does not exist

Hi,

I'm running the hello world example as described in the file CCSv4Tutorial-HelloWorld.pdf from the CCSv4 wiki. When program execution ends, an editor window for a file exit.c opens and the message /hello/Debug/exit.c does not exist

is displayed. Is there a way of suppressing this, or of directing CCS to find the file exit.c?
