CCSv4.1.3 Image is available

The full installs for CCSv4.1.3 are now available from: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/Download_CCS

The patch is expected in a couple of weeks and will automatically be available from Update Manager within CCS. If you have been waiting for 4.1.3 for a particular fix feel free to download the full install and install it in a separate directory. You can copy over your license file from your existing installation.

There are quite a few fixes in this service release. While there are changes that benefit all processors a couple of highlights are:

A lot of work was done to try to improve debugging for C28x. Specifically getting real-time mode working faster and more reliably, especially when using graphs.
Linux Aware Debug has been extended to support ARM926 based devices such as DM6446, OMAPL1xx, AM18xx...

thanks for letting us know. I think we already have been here. I tried to download V4.1.3, requested the export clearance, got the email with the download link, opened that link, started the download - nothing happens, no progess bar at all (see attached screenshot). I tried it on two different machines (XP and Vista) - same negative results.

@TI: Why is that so difficult to provide a decent way to update licensed CCS4 users?

Can you try the download that says 4.1.3 (further down the page) versus the one that says "latest". 4.1.3 is working for me but yes I am now seeing an issue with the one that says latest.

same negative result with the link further down the page. After receiving another email and clicking the link in it, the download doesn't start at all.
