6713DSK emulator won't work when debugging, with CCS 6.1.1, why?

Hi,

I'm using 6713DSK to debug my design, with CCS version  6.1.1.00022, on Windows 7, using compiler version TI v7.4.14, full build properties are in screenshot attached below.

Everything's gone fine till last night, but today when I start debugging, it won't work at all, with information: 

TMS320C671X: Trouble Halting Target CPU: Error 0x80000020/-1060 Fatal Error during: Execution, An unknown error prevented the emulator from accessing the processor in a timely fashion. It is recommended to RESET EMULATOR. This will disconnect each target from the emulator. The targets should then be power cycled or hard reset followed by an emureset and reconnect to each target.

but no matter how I RESET EMULATOR, it still won't work, I tried rebooting everything, I rebooted CCS, I re-powered 6713DSK board, I pushed RESET on the board many times, I even rebooted my computer, nothing changed at all, what's wrong? I can't really figure out, please give me some guidance.
