CCS5 Floating license server migration from W7 to W10

Hello,

I am trying to move our CCS5 floating license server which is currently on a VM (Hyper-V) running Windows 7 to a new VM running Windows 10.

I believe I will need a new license file to match the new HOSTID of the new host but am having difficultly going thru the process. I tried going thru the activation page found here (www.ti.com/.../swreghomepage.tsp and I entered our activation Number found on our CD but it tells me there are no more activation left.

Could someone direct me to help to get our licensing issue resolved?

I would suggest holding off on doing the migration until next week if you can as the way we do licensing is about to change. If you can't wait then if you send me a private message by clicking on my name I can help you out.
