Debugging tools for OMAP4 + Windows CE6/7 (WM 6.5)

Hi all,

Can any of you tell me what are the OS aware debugging tools offered by TI and third party vendors to support Windows CE and Windows Mobile development on OMAP4 platform? What i mean is; other than the KITL using Platform Builder, are there any third-party tools available which directly interface to either Visual Studio 8 (for CE 7.0) or Platform Builder (for WM 6.5) to debug OMAP4 BSP including bootloader and all flavours of device drivers.

Also, can you please let me know the cost advantage of these tools? I know one debugger from lauterbach which is very expensive in the range of 3000-4000 USD.
