CCS: CCStudio.exe stop working every time after I clicked debugged mode

CCStudio.exe stops working every time after I clicked debugged mode. 

After I click the debugged mode, it starts to build the project and right after the process is finished and start to lanuch the project, the window pop up and shows ccstudio.exe has stopped working.

what cause the problem?

I am using ccstudio 6.1.1 at windows 10 pro

    We have had multiple reports of this issue this week. Systems that were working fine are now failing. We suspect that a Windows 10 update has triggered this. So far we have not been able to reproduce on our own Windows 10 systems.

    Could you try renaming cTools.dll? It is located in ccs_base/emulation/analysis/bin
