CCS: MSP-EXP430G2 Launchpad sample code installation

Our team is trying to import the OutOfBox_MSP-EXP430G2 sample code within the slac435f.zip archive. This works when I do it on my computer; however, when I try the same process on a colleague's computer, I get the error messages shown in the attached image.

I'm using CCS 6.1.0, whereas the colleague in question is using CCS 5.0. Could this be causing the problem? Or is it something else?

Yes this would be related to the use of CCSv5. There are support files that are used by the examples that come with CCS and the versions included have changed quite a bit since CCSv5. Ideally it would be best to update to CCSv7 which was recently released but I would recommend at least moving up to CCSv6.1.3.
