CCS: [GUI Composer] Is it possible to launch an app developed in GUI Composer without having CCS installed?

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am working on developing an app and basically I want to make sure that I can run it on other machines without having to have Code Composer Studio installed.  Right now it only works when it is extracted to the c://ti/guicomposer/webapps folder but I want it to be able to be downloaded and installed on other machines.  Is this possible?
