CCS: Error occurred during installation of CCS 6.1.3

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I have installed CCS 6.1.0 on my PC without problem. It is installed on C:\ti

I have tried to install CCS 6.1.3 several times on my PC and the installer always pop up an error message. Before installing CCS 6.1.3, I have renamed CCS 6.1.0 to C:\ti_6.1.0

I have tried online and offline installation, no help. The error message screen shot is included

My PC runs window 7, What do I miss?

By the way, I have checked all the boxes for full installation

Hi Mike,
From the screen shot (difficult to tell without the install logs from the install_logs folder), it looks like you may be missing a windows update. Please go to processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Troubleshooting_CCSv7 and take a look at "Missing MSVC redistributable libraries". If this doesn't solve your issue, please zip up the contents of the install_logs folder and post here. Please make sure you're installing in a new folder or delete the contents of c:\ti\ccsv6 before trying.

Danish, thank you for your quick support. I searched "Missing MSVC redistributable libraries" and find the link to download the MS library. It is working now.
