CCS/CC2640: It's failed to generate .bin output on CCS

We set post build by following wiki guide.

Add below command at property->build->step->post-build steps

"${CCS_INSTALL_ROOT}/utils/tiobj2bin/tiobj2bin.bat" "${BuildArtifactFileName}" "${BuildArtifactFileBaseName}.bin" "${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/bin/armofd.exe" "${CG_TOOL_ROOT}/bin/armhex.exe" "${CCE_INSTALL_ROOT}/utils/tiobj2bin/mkhex4bin.exe"

It feedback ofd470 error. Is there something miss?

Did you go to the link in the error message?
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Tiobj2bin_Failed

The section in the bottom of the link explains what is happening. I think it cannot find the ofd470 file. What exact version of CCS and what version of ARM compiler are you using?
