CCS/LAUNCHXL-F28377S: CCS crash on debug

Hi,

My CCS (V6.2) keeps crashing when I try to debug any code using the f28377s launchpad.

It works fine with any other kit, the problem is just with the f28377s.

I have attached the debug server log.

The MSP430 and Stellaris devices work fine.

I've just tested and the TivaC series present the same problem. I removed CCS and installed again and it didn't fix the problem.
