CCS: XDS560v2 is not connected to trace view when doing profiling.

I am not entirely sure how you are setting up Trace or exactly how the "not connect" state is happening, but I would first check the resources below to learn which types of trace are applicable to each device target:

Hi Desouza,

Please find the screenshot attached.

Hope you get the state i am stopping at.

The trace viewer window indicated that target is not connect and so, i cannot get profiling results.

Thanks for the screenshot - it indeed seems strange.

Which device is this? Trace capabilities vary greatly across the products.

Also, can you send a screenshot of the Hardware Trace Analysis configuration view to find out which parameters are set?  

For example, as mentioned in the references I sent before, if you have an ARM or a Keystone device, the PC Trace capture when using a XDS560v2 can only be set to the following:

I am using TDA31X that has DSP C66X. and I do profile to DSP2. screenshots are below.

In your screenshot, your transport type is configured for Pro Trace. Are you indeed using one as shown in th elink below?
