RTSC configuration templates

I am trying to set up a simple RTSC project via CCSv4 following the instruction given at http://rtsc.eclipse.org/docs-tip/RTSC%2BCCStudio_v4_QuickStart

However, when I get to the stage of selecting a RTSC configuration template, the list is empty.  Why is this happening?
