CCS/TMS320C5517: Can not install C55 Compiler

Hi, all;

I installed CCS v7 with off-line version zip file to make TMS320C5517 object.

But no compiler, linker, assembler et. al is found in \ti\ccsv7\tools\compiler.

In ccsv6, we can find them in a folder \ti\ccsv6\tools\compiler\c5500_4.4.1.

The v7 installer didn't make c5500_4.4.1 folder too!

Please teach me how to install the tools.

I visited to App Center from Help Menu of CCS7 and I can get C55 tools.

Hallow!
i install C5500 compiler afrom AppCenter too.
but i still have no C5500 cgt in Preferences\CCS\BUILD\Compilers
thus i can`t create CCS project with C55 target, can`t import such project cause one reports that i have no supported compiler.
Instalation detais shows that C5500 compiler and device support tools installed.
what i do wrong? how to reinstall it all again right?

Hello Alex,
It is not enough to just install the compiler. You need to install C5000 device support. Please see the related thread below:
