My customer wants to use CCS for their DSP development but I cannot order it from the website.

Could you let me know where I can order it?

Is there still node locked version and floating license version?

Hi Jefferey,
Just to clarify - CCS is not completely free, but it is available for no additional charge for customers of TI devices. The distinction may sound small but it is relevant.

But how do customer order the node locked or floating license of CCS?
I cannot see the entry on the website.

Node-locked and floating licenses are no longer available, nor are they needed.

CCSv7 does not need a license file of any sort.
CCSv6 (and earlier) users can use the unlocked license: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Licensing_-_CCSv6
