Hi, Everyone

I have a question about CCSv6.

My customer use EK-TM4C123GXL.

After push Debug botton, PC show Blue screen,and PC restarted.
After this, my customer can not debug.
It means They can build but can not write.

They already confirm this PC requirements. and It is no probrem.

Do you know reason why this situation is apeear ?
Do you know How to fix ?

Which operating system are they using? There is one known issue that occurs on Windows 10 for which a workaround is mentioned in this post.

Let us know if that is not the same issue the customer is facing.
