Hi,

I want to use one of the PRU's on the OMAP-l138, so I was trying to build a simple program to test it but the Code Composer IDE cannot find the PRU compiler. I checked the App Center and I cannot find one. How do I go about getting this compiler and building the sample code.

The version of ccs I tried was 6.1.3, I am using Ubuntu 12.04, 32 bit OS.

What compilers do you see already installed? Can you provide the output of this command:

ls <ccs-install-dir>/ccsv6/tools/compiler

Please do a manual install of the PRU codegen tools. You can download the installer from here:

software-dl.ti.com/.../download.htm
