Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
I am running CCS version: 6.1.3.00033 and building code for a 6713. Compiler version C6000 7.4.20 hangs when I run it. Is there a way to specifically download 7.4.19 which works on other installations here? One of our seats has 7.4.16 and we'd like to update it to 7.4.19.

If you use Help -> Install New Software you can select a specific compiler version to install. Select "Code Generation Tool Updates" in the Work with list box, and ensure that "Show only the latest versions of available software" isn't ticked:
On the machine which already has 7.4.20 installed you will first of have to trick Eclipse into uninstalling 7.4.20 before you can install 7.4.19 - see Installing Older Versions
