Target Version for C674+ not found

Hi,

I had recently re-installed my CCS 3.3. I realised that the C674+ target version under the Build Option is missing. I had it before I reinstall the CCS. I need it because my target is TMS320C6747, and I had successfully built my applications based on this.

May I know how to solve this issue?

Chee-Bang,

You need to update the Code Generation Tools 6.1.x and DSP/BIOS 5.33.x, since the C674x family of devices was released after CCSv3.3. Also, it is highly recommended to install Service Release 12 as it contains the device support and latest bug fixes for the IDE. All these packages are available for download at the Update Advisor website.

Hi Rafael,

Thanks for your help. I managed to get it worked. The link you attached is particularly useful. I installed CGT 6.1.13 and the target is shown in the list box.
