CCS: Which is better in optimization CCS or IAR?

Hi TI,

   We had a study that shows that IAR is 20% much better in optimization compared to CCS. I did not perform the comparison. However, is this true? Did you do any optimization comparison? So, for software/product development, is it much better to use IAR because it performs much better in optimization compared to CCS?

    No. TI has not published any comparison between the TI ARM compiler and the IAR ARM compiler.  Therefore, there is no answer to your remaining questions.
