hai friends ,

i am little confused .which file used to flash a msp430 using uniflash and i am using code composer studio v6.any document have file details of ccs?please help me.

Hello,
Uniflash supports a variety of file types:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../CCS_UniFlash_v4.1_Release_Notes

When a project is build in CCS, it typically generates a executable (*.out) file that can be debugged by CCS
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Projects_and_Build_Handbook_for_CCS

The *.out file is either a TI COFF or TI ELF format, though the former is being deprecated in support:
