Com.devkits.platform package (powerSuite v1.06.00, part of the controlSuite v3.4.4) doesn't have digital signature, so it is not compatible with CCS 7.0 security model. The consequences for this: none of C2000 projects can be compiled in CCS v7.0 using this package.

Right, I have installed newly available C2000Ware v.1.00.00.00, and CCS v.7.0.0.00043 prompted me to automatically reinstall the powerSuite package within CCS). The installation process warned me that the package is not signed. After process is complete package is become available for usage.
