CCS: v5.5.0.00077 Error during installation

Hello there,

I'm sorry to disturb, but I'm encountering errors while trying to install CCS v5.5.0.00077.

Long things short, I tried the installation by :

  • Shutting antiviris/firewall down
  • Running the setup.exe file in admin mode
  • Selecting different installation folders
  • Re-Downloading the installer from the web

But in the end, whatever the solutions I tried, the same message pops up :

"Installer failed to install P2 Tools correctly. The 2 most common reasons for failure are :

  1. Anti-virus on your computer could blablabla
  2. Download is corrupted.

Please loog at the log /logPath for more information."

You can find the log attached to this message.

Can you please give me a hint of what to do to complete the installation, please ?

    Hi Guillaume,

    It looks like you're having problems downloading files when using the online installer. Please download the offline package, unzip it, and run the installation again. Please make sure you run as admin and that the installation directory is empty.

    For your information, CCS is now on version 7.0.0, in case you want to download the latest version.
