CCS/TMS320F28377D: 2/9/2017 CCS update failed

Hello.  You can see the results of the attempted update below.  I retried the install several times, after disabling windows defender entirely.  CCS reports no new updates after checking again.  

As you can see, it instructed me to post the install log files.  See attached.

    Hi Stephen,

    Sorry for the delayed response. Your logs indicate that one of the components was corrupted while downloading and was unable to install. I would recommend either using the offline installer or upgrading to CCS 7.1.0 which has more robust checking. Please delete the contents of c:\ti\ccsv6 before attempting the installation again.
