i have a problem regarding adding file to my project on CCS v 3.1 such as mcbsp1init.c . i had search on application lib and can not find it.

and the update not allowed on taxs instrument .

Hello,
You question is very vague. Are you trying to add a source file to your CCSv3.1 project and you are unable to?

Also please explain what you mean by "update not allowed"

i mean there is libery to must to add which i do not have it on CCS500 v3.1 lie iniate MCBSP1init1.c
which i thin on v3.3 which i am not allowed to download it .So any way to update this version or solution

You likely need some CSL (Chip Support Library). You can try the one in the link below:
http://www.ti.com/tool/sprc133

If that does not work, I suggest posting in the C5000 device forum. the experts there can help you best.
