I recently purchased a Stellaris LM3S8962 Development. In the quick start applications (StellarisWare\boards\ek-lm3s8962\qs_ek-lm3s8962) there is program for displaying image (TI logo) on the OLED display. The program contains Hexadecinal equivalent of the corresponding image.

Is there any software for generating hexcode for any image file.

I guess you have understood my question wrongly. What I am looking for is a software or a tool with which I can convert a picture into an array of hexcode.

Sidd,

Although completely outside of your device/application realm, TI's NDK TCP/IP protocol stack has an interesting utility that converts a binary file to a C-source hex array.

The utility is called <binsrc.c> and can be compiled using any windows-based compiler (Djgpp, VC++, etc).

For convenience I attach the file to this post. This utility is also available at the directory below when NDK is installed.

<NDK_INSTALL_DIR>\packages\ti\ndk\example\tools\common\binsrc
