CCS: Utility program to convert project files into a projectspec?

Is there any utility program or straightforward way, other than what is described in processors.wiki.ti.com/.../ProjectSpecs_in_CCS, to convert existing projects into .projectspec file?

Unfortunately no. There is no automated way to convert an existing project into a .projectspec file.
