Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Dear Sir,

I was continuously working with cc3200 launchpad environment in code composer studio IDE.. till now I can able to debug, or flash the code using uniflash, etc..
but now i cannot able to debug, because  its saying like "error connecting to the target" and "unable to connect to the target".
I have tried with other persons launchpads and its working but my launshpad alone showing like "error connecting to the target" and "unable to connect to the target".  ..
kindly do the needful as soon as possible
