Hello, my XDS200 is not working anymore. We have 3 pcs XDS200 in my office and one of them is not working anymore. please advice.

Hello Franz,
If you are sure that it is the debug probe that is broken, please contact the vendor of the debug probe for troubleshooting tips and possible replacement.
