CCS/MSP430G2210: Problem with GNU compiler installation

Hello to everyone, and thanks for the support.

I'm facing problems in making the GNU compiler for the CCS work. I installed it from the app section, but can't seem to find out why the program tells me: "The selection cannot be launched, and there are no recent launches".

Can anyone please help me?

When does this issue happen? Reports on the web show this message usually happens when you click on the "Debug" button of CCS on a project that does not have any Target Configuration selected, configured or even existing in your system.

Please double-check if your project has a subdirectory called "targetConfigs" or if you have a pre-configured target configuration file in the Target Configurations view (menu View --> Target Configurations).
