CCS/66AK2E05: PRSC module failed to write to a router register.

hello,

The version of my CCS is v6.1.2,a few days ago,I imported an EMIF example(ARM) into CCS,after I built it successfully,when I debug it,it comes an error,it said：

 arm_A15_1: Error connecting to the target: (Error -6305) PRSC module failed to write to a router register. (Emulation package 6.0.14.5) 

I use XDS560v2 emluator to connect PC,what dose this error mean,how could I solve it? Thanks!
