Is there some kind of source where I could find up-to-date information about which particular versions of MATLAB/Simulink are compatible with particular versions of Code Composer Studio. Specifically, I need to know if CCSv7 is compatible with R2016a, and in case it is not anymore, it would be nice to know if any other option is available.

    Hi Aleksander,

    CCSv7 is NOT supported in R2016a. In fact, CCSv7.0.0 was released in December 2016, which is after MathWorks R2016a released in March 2016.

    I do know the development team is actively working on adding CCSv7 support, but I do not know when that will be complete.

    I think you can use CCSv7 to import code generated by MathWorks products, but I have not tried it. The C2000 support package still only works with CCSv6 (which is required for F2837x and F2807x).
