Hi,

I'm trying to download Project Zero to my CC2650 LaunchPad using CCS Cloud but am getting the following error message:

"Could not launch TI Cloud Agent: Failed to start TICloudAgent"

A button for downloading TI Cloud Agent is displayed inside the error window but I have already downloaded TI Cloud Agent.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi Ki,

I was initially using Chrome v56 but another member suggested using Firefox which is working for me. I still don't know why TI Cloud Agent won't work with Chrome.

I tried it on Chrome and have not encountered any issues. I have a slightly later version (v57) if that makes any difference. Sometimes clearing out you browser cache can help.
