I am using the ccs Version: 6.0.1.00040. I am developing the code for tms570lc4357. I am getting the error exceeds the code limit error. I have attached the error screenshot with this mail.

can u help me to resolve this error?

There are a couple ways to resolve this. You can download the latest version of Code Composer Studio (v7) which does not include any code size limit. Alternatively if you can't upgrade for some reason you drop in a license file that will remove the code size limit.
