warning #10366-D: automatic library build: using library "C:\ti\ccsv7\tools\compiler\ti-cgt-arm_16.9.0.LTS\lib\rtsv7R4_A_be_v3D16_eabi.lib" for the first time, so it must be built.  This may take a few minutes.

    Is that the last message displayed in the console and the build never finishes? Or do you see any build messages or warnings?


    Building the RTS can take quite a bit of time, perhaps up to 10 minutes or so, but it should eventually complete
