I have problem with CCS 3.3 with win 7

problem: "Error reading CCS information CC may not have been correctly installed."

Hello,
Note that CCSv3.3 is not supported on Windows 7. Some people have gotten it to work while others were unsuccessful. There are some tips in the below url that may help:

Outside of that, we can't provide much help
