    It's hard to tell without actual installation logs from ccsv7/install_logs, but it looks like you may be installing over top of an existing CCS installation. Could you please delete the contents of ccsv7 and try again? If that's not the case, please download the offline installer and try the installation after cleaning out the install directory.
