Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

I have inherited a project which uses a TMS320VC33 DSP and I need a development environment for it. The development work was done on the TMS320C3x/C4x compiler.  I assume I need to use the Code Composer IDE below http://www.ti.com/tool/codecomposer   but there are no hot links to this software. How can I get the development environment? All links point to the new Code Composer.  Can I import the compiler for this DSP into the new Code Composer Studio7?

    Unfortunately you can't use the old compiler in Code Composer Studio. One of our partners, Spectrum Digital, is setup to distribute and sell the old Code Composer release for 3x/4x. I don't believe they have it listed on their site but if you contact them they can get it for you.
