Starterware/CC3220: CCS Local install SimpleLink SDK example project DOCS vs. CCS Cloud documentation

Part Number: CC3220

Tool/software: Starterware

Team,

One thing our customer has noticed is that if they click on the link, the website shows up with proper documentation.  This is in CCS Cloud under the example projects for the SimpleLink (SDK) CC3220.

They also wanted to try this in CCS in the exact same folder and noticed that they get a response with ‘Not Found’.  Is there a way to enable the documentation link in CCS?

See graphic below:

Thanks,
CY

  • Hi Chris,

What version of CCS are they using? I believe it has to be at least v7.1. I'll move this to the CCS forum as well.

    Best regards,
    Sarah
  • Hi Chris,
I can't seem reproduce this. The document is available for me in both my web browser and CCS. Note that both dev.ti.com and CCS point to the same cloud rex repository. The (main) difference is the web browser being used.

Which exact version of CCS is being used?

    Thanks
    ki
  • Ki,

Thanks. We worked with the customer last week (thanks Josh) and this appears resolved for the time being. We'll call it a configuration error for now.

    Thanks for following up,
    Chris
