CCS/DK-TM4C129X: Version 7.1.000016, Cannot run properties editor any more

Just updated from 000015 to 000016 yesterday.

Working on a ARM TIVA [TI-RTOS] project named 7_Channel_EV_Controller

Now when I try to start the Properties editor (clicking on the .cfg file), I get the following message:

    David,

    I think there is an incompatibility issue between specific issues of CCS and XDCTools. What is the version of XDCtools your project is using? Could you try setting the XDCtools version to 3.50.01.12? Then close the .cfg file in the editor, close and restart CCS and open the .cfg file again. Let us know if this resolves the error.

    Yes, that corrected the problem.  Seems it's working with the new version.

    Now, a new error has developed.

    Something I added to the configuration has produced this, and removing what I think I did doesn't change the error:
