CCS: I can not open my ccs cloud

With other accounts I can open the ccs cloud, but not mine. Does not open the page.

Hi,

Are you getting any specific error message or the page returns simply blank?

Can you try to clear the cache and/or the cookies of your browser? Sometimes this may help clear some invalid information local to your host PC.

I tried other computers and the error remained, the page was blank. I tried again now and it worked again, but without the last codes I was editing.

Hi Gustavo,

We may have a copy of your files when servers were having issues. I can update the DB with those files, however, changes that you have made after that event would be overwritten OR I can send you those files privately.
