hi,

i am trying to run ccs with TMS320F28335 part on simulator mode.

i have ccs 5 installed in my (in ccs 6 you cant use simulator), i saw a least of parts that cab be used on simulator mode and TMS320F28335 works only on version 3 of  ccs.

can i use some tool to add ccs 3 simulator on ccs 5 so i could finally use the simulator.

    Hello,
    This is not supported. You cannot simply drop the simulators from CCSV3 into CCSv5. If you wish to use CCSv5, the F283x CPU simulator is your only option. Otherwise you will have to stick with CCSv3.3
