We have developed code and trying to run the code. we are getting attached error.

    Have you tried building one of the F28335 examples in ControlSuite or in C2000Ware?
    Those are always a good starting point - try that first. BTW, the Blink routine does just that - toggles a specific I/O associated with an LED on the board of F28335.
