CCS/CODECOMPOSER: CCS 7.1 stopped working after Windows10 automatic update today, MSVC Runtime DLL msvc110r.dll not found

I installed a brand new CCS 7.1 on the 14th.

Today Microsoft installed an automatic update for Windows 10, and uninstalled MSVC Runtime 110 as part of that.

Now CCS doesn't start anymore.

Error: (translated from Dutch, the English error may be slightly different:

ccstudio.exe: system error.
Code execution can't proceed because MSVCR110.dll is not found.

I haven't installed or uninstalled any software between 14th and today. And have used CCS 7.1 multiple times in the last days.

WIndows 10 Home edition, 64 bit
