CCS: CCS 7.1 failed to install individual software packages

I'm trying to install CC3200 WiFi software package to my CCS 7.1 on windows 10 x64 and it keeps failing when i try to download it, It says "There was an error in downloading the file. Please try again."

Any help is appreciated.

For some reason a soft-link to the zip file was not resolving correctly. I reset the link and it seems to be working now. Please let us know if you see any further issues.
