CCS: CCS V7 open Resource Explorer issue

We use the CCS V7 the Resource Explorer can not open, the following error message please help solve the problem.

  • That is an error I have not seen before from Resource Explorer.

    Would you be able to zip up and attach the /ti/tirex-localserver-3.1.x folder from your user directory. There may be multiple folders like /ti/tirex-localserver-3.1.0 or tirex-localserver-3.1.3

    Also if you go to Window -> Show View -> Other
    type browser in the box at the top
    select Internal web browser
    In the window that opens put the url for any site in the address bar. www.ti.com
    Does that load the site correctly?

    Please refer to below inputs from my customer,
    1. We don't find folder /ti/tirex-localserver-3.1x to zip up.
    2. No problem to use Internal Web browser to open site www.ti.com.
    3. No problem to use Resource Explorer Classic.
    4. Still can not load Resource Explorer correctly.

    Please advise your comment on this, thanks for your help.

    You can find the folder at this location: C:\Users\<user>\ti\tirex-localserver-3.1.3
